 ECUADOR POSTAL SERVICES
Mail and small parcels [up to two kilograms or five pounds] can be sent from any post office [oficina de correos], though it's advisable to check that your stamps are properly postmarked since officials have been known to steam off unmarked stamps. Bigger parcels should be sent from the post offices at Ulloa and Davalos in Quito. You can receive post restante mail at Lista de Correos, Correos Central, Quito. Your mail will be filed under whichever name is printed in capitals.
