The tourism office [06 - 714528] is on Bolivar and Mejia, open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and there's an internet cafe, on Bolivar and Canizares. Andinatel is on Juan Montalvo and Malecon, above the post office. Useful banks are just south of the main square, on Bolivar.
