Crucita is located about 50 minutes from Portoviejo. Most people like to come to this beach during carnival; therefore, it tends to get very crowded during this holiday. There are some cliffs in the south of town, where you can go hang-gliding or paragliding. Crucita is considered one of the best locations for this sport. Additionally, you can find a great deal of sea birds.
