Unless you're a large group or you want a table in the poshest of restaurants, you won't need to reserve in advance. Often the best way of choosing where to eat is to go to places recommended by fellow travellers or simply to follow your nose and choose a spot that looks popular.

Most restaurant prices don't include a 10% service and 12% tax [IVA or VAT] charge, and will add these on to the end of your bill.
