It might be said that Otavalo doesn't have much nightlife. However, if you like live Andean music, salsa dancing, sugarcane alcohol and a raucous atmosphere, then you've come to the right place. Pena bars come and go all over Ecuador so ask around to find out where the latest hotspots are.
