Getting there
   GETTING THERE

Access to the Reserve is easily possible from Nuevo Loja (Lago Agrio) or from San Francisco de Orellana (Coca) by air or road.

It’s possible to arrive by boat via River Napo from Coca. The journey takes approximately three hours, reaching Pompeya. Throughout the journey it’s possible to observe a wide variety of flora, insect and bird species. Continue via road from Pompeya to the country house at Limoncocha.

It’s also possible to access the Reserve from Coca. The road joins the road from Nuevo Loja in Sacha, passing through Shushufindi to Limoncocha. The route extends for 130 kilometres along dirt-track.
